Frozen Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup baking cocoa
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1 (9 inch) baked pie crusts
• chocolate curls (optional) or chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe

• 1 in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
• 2 add cocoa alternately with milk; mix well.
• 3 fold in whipped topping.
• 4 pour into pie shell.
• 5 freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
• 6 if desired, garnish with chocolate curls or chips.
• 7 serve directly from the freezer (pie does not need to be thawed to cut).
• 8 **freeze time not included in "cook" time.
