Frozen Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 9 inches graham wafer crust (baked in springform pan)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla and egg yolks until well blended.
- 2 fold in the melted chocolate.
- 3 beat the eggs whites and add 1/4 cup sugar, beating well. fold this into the chocolate mixture.
- 4 beat the whipping cream. fold into the chocolate mixture.
- 5 pour into crust and freeze. (approximately 5-6 hrs).
