Creamy Dreamy Chocolate Mocha Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup butter, softened and unsalted
• 1/4 teaspoon table salt
• 3 1/4 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons espresso, room temperature
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons corn syrup

Recipe

• 1 whip butter until nice and fluffy.
• 2 sift dry ingredients and add to bowl.
• 3 mix on slow until blended.
• 4 add corn syrup.
• 5 add espresso and extract.
• 6 whip until thick enough to spread.
