Festive Skillet Cookie (pampered Chef)

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
• 1/2 cup pecan halves, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup maraschino cherry, halved
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
• vanilla ice cream (optional)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350*.
• 2 press cookie dough into large 10" nonstick skillet.
• 3 sprinkle chopped pecans over dough.
• 4 arrange cherried over dough.
• 5 bake 25-30 minutes or until edges of cookie are deep golden brown.
• 6 (center will be soft).
• 7 cool 10 minutes.
• 8 meanwhile, microwave chocolate morsels in microwave safe bowl.
• 9 microwave, uncovered on high 1- 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is smooth, stirring after each 20 second interval.
• 10 drizzle chcolate evenly over warm cookie.
• 11 cut cookie into wedges.
• 12 serve with ice cream, if desired.
