Frozen Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 cup whipping cream
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup butter

Recipe

• 1 beat cream with chocolate syrup and vanilla.
• 2 beat egg whites stiff.
• 3 add 1 cup sugar slowly.
• 4 fold in yolks 1 at time.
• 5 fold in whipped cream slowly.
• 6 in 9x13 pan combine crumbs and sugar and butter saving some for top press in bottom.
• 7 pour filling into pan
• 8 sprinkle crumbs on top
• 9 put in freezer for at least 3 hours after frozen cover with wax paper.
