Frozen Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 beat cream with chocolate syrup and vanilla.
- 2 beat egg whites stiff.
- 3 add 1 cup sugar slowly.
- 4 fold in yolks 1 at time.
- 5 fold in whipped cream slowly.
- 6 in 9x13 pan combine crumbs and sugar and butter saving some for top press in bottom.
- 7 pour filling into pan
- 8 sprinkle crumbs on top
- 9 put in freezer for at least 3 hours after frozen cover with wax paper.
