Grandma Lloyd's Chocolate Cake!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 ounces chocolate, melted
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon flour, for pan
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 add eggs one at a time, mix well between each addition. add chocolate and milk.
- 3 add sour milk to batter and mix well. (sour milk- add 1 teaspoons vinegar to milk).
- 4 combine baking soda, flour and a pinch of salt.
- 5 slowly add flour mixture to batter until well beaten.
- 6 grease and flour pan.
- 7 bake at 350 f for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
