Festive Fudge

Total Time: 2 hrs 25 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 3 (18 ounce) cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate chips and milk over low heat.
  • 2 add salt.
  • 3 remove from heat.
  • 4 stir in nuts and vanilla essence.
  • 5 spread evenly into a wax paper lined 9 inch square pan.
  • 6 chill for 2 hours until firm.
  • 7 turn fudge onto a cutting board.
  • 8 peel off paper and cut into squares.
  • 9 store covered in the fridge.
