Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 put chocolate in large heatproof bowl.
- 2 bring cream just to a boil in small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- 3 pour over chocolate in bowl.
- 4 cover and let stand 10 minutes.
- 5 stir until smooth.
- 6 let stand until thick, about 15 minutes.
- 7 pour chocolate mix into an 8-inch dish, cover and refrigerate until very cold.
- 8 scoop balls onto sheet.
- 9 freeze until hard.
- 10 dip in melted chocolate using a toothpick.
