- 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 cup half-and-half
Recipe
- 1 combine chocolate chips, butter and vanilla in the top of a double boiler over low heat until melted and smooth.
- 2 slowly add half-and-half, blending into chocolate mixture.
- 3 heat through, but do not boil.
