Easy Healthy Delicious Ovaltine Banana Smoothie Drink

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 banana, overripe (frozen or not)
  • 1/3-1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon ovaltine (chocolate flavour, for gluten-free, but i use original)
  • 2 teaspoons non-fat vanilla yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 stick in a blender and blend!
  • 2 enjoy!
