Double Choco-chia Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 bananas, blended until smooth
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 9 tablespoons water
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 i know this sounds crazy but here's how i do it and they turn out every time.
- 2 mix all wet ingredients in one bowl.
- 3 mix all dry ingredients in another bowl, including sugar and chocolate chips.
- 4 add dry into wet (important: this will help it mix much more evenly).
- 5 fold in just until incorporated.
- 6 spoon into mini loaf pans.
- 7 bake at 350f for 18 minutes.
- 8 enjoy!
