Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 medium bananas, diced
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease a loaf pan.
- 2 whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3 in another bowl, beat together with a fork the egg, vegetable oil, and yogurt.
- 4 add the yogurt mixture to the dry ingredients, along with the banana and chocolate chips. mix until just incorporated and uniformly moistened.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 55-70 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- 6 remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. remove to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
