Chocolate And Chai Frappe

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 chai tea teabags
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Recipe

  • 1 place tea bags into a cup and add the boiling water.
  • 2 add sugar and leave the tea to draw for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3 discard the teabags and cool slightly.
  • 4 place cream,tea mixture and chocolate syrup in a blender and pulse quickly.
  • 5 add the ice and process until smooth.
  • 6 pour in to 2 tall glasses and serve.
