Chocolate And Chai Frappe

Ingredients

- 2 chai tea teabags
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2 cups crushed ice
Recipe
- 1 place tea bags into a cup and add the boiling water.
- 2 add sugar and leave the tea to draw for 2-3 minutes.
- 3 discard the teabags and cool slightly.
- 4 place cream,tea mixture and chocolate syrup in a blender and pulse quickly.
- 5 add the ice and process until smooth.
- 6 pour in to 2 tall glasses and serve.
