Double Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 brownies:.
- 2 beat butter, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
- 3 add eggs, beating just until blended.
- 4 add flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; stir until blended.
- 5 fold in chocolate chips.
- 6 spread in a greased 9-inch square baking pan and bake 30 minutes (or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean) at 350 degrees.
- 7 cool.
- 8 frosting:.
- 9 cut butter into powdered sugar/cocoa and add in vanilla.
- 10 stir in enough milk to make frosting smooth.
- 11 frost brownies and enjoy!
