Ingredients
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
Recipe
- 1 in a small but heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter. add sugar and gradually add in the evaporated milk. bring the mixture to a boil, slightly reduce heat, but, continue to boil for another 6-8 minutes. remove from the heat and let cool slightly. serve warm over ice cream.
