Horchata Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to a pitcher with a tight fitting lid.
  • 2 (or put in blender) shake until combined.
  • 3 drink or chill.
  • 4 (refreshing over ice).
  • 5 you can also add a bit of almond extract, or chocolate syrup.
