- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to a pitcher with a tight fitting lid.
- 2 (or put in blender) shake until combined.
- 3 drink or chill.
- 4 (refreshing over ice).
- 5 you can also add a bit of almond extract, or chocolate syrup.
