- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup fat-free frozen chocolate yogurt or 1 cup low-fat chocolate frozen yogurt
- 2 oreo cookies (chocolate sandwich cookies, you could even use reduced-fat oreos)
Recipe
- 1 combine milk and frozen yogurt in blender until smooth.
- 2 crumble in oreos and blend.
- 3 enjoy!
