Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie - Narcoossee's @ Disney

Ingredients

• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup pecan halves
• 1 unbaked pie shell

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400°.
• 2 in a mixing bowl, combine ingredients in order given. mix well and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
• 3 bake for 5 minutes. reduce heat after 5 minutes to 300° and continue to bake for 1 hour, or until filling is thick.
• 4 cool on a wire rack and serve at room temperature.
