- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (the better quality the better the fudge)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 14 ounces corn syrup
- 1/2 lb butter

- 1 in a large bowl over a pot of boiling water, mix all ingredients and melt together. serve over ice cream.
