Chocolate Chip Fudge

Ingredients

- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (6 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 mix sugar, milk, marshmallow, butter and salt in heavy saucepan.
- 2 cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
- 3 bring to a boil.
- 4 boil, stirring 5 minutes.
- 5 remove from heat.
- 6 stir in chocolate chips until melted.
- 7 stir in vanilla.
- 8 spread into buttered 8" pan and chill.
