Chocolate Chip Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1 cup marshmallow cream
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips (6 ounces)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 mix sugar, milk, marshmallow, butter and salt in heavy saucepan.
• 2 cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
• 3 bring to a boil.
• 4 boil, stirring 5 minutes.
• 5 remove from heat.
• 6 stir in chocolate chips until melted.
• 7 stir in vanilla.
• 8 spread into buttered 8" pan and chill.
