Hot Mexican Spiced Cocoa

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon boiling water
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
Recipe
- 1 mix first 4 items together, in a good sized mug.
- 2 add boiling water, stir till smooth.
- 3 heat milk for 3 minutes over low heat until hot.
- 4 stir the milk into the cocoa mixture until well mixed.
- 5 stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
- 6 enjoy--.
