Hot Fudge Pie

Ingredients

• 3 (1 ounce) bitter chocolate squares
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 large eggs

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 melt chocolate and margarine in the top of a double boiler. add the sugar and blend until chocolate mixture is smooth. fold in flour and salt. add vanilla.
• 3 beat eggs and fold into mixture.
• 4 pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
• 5 bake 20 to 30 minutes. do not overcook. slice and serve warm, top with vanilla ice cream.
