Gma's Wacky Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 cups cold water

Recipe

• 1 preheat over to 350.
• 2 sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
• 3 make three holes in the mixture evenly spaced. put vinegar in one, vanilla in one and oil in the last one. pour the water over all and mix thoroughly with spoon.
• 4 spread evenly in 9x13 pan and bake for 15 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
