Favorite Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1/4 cup dutch process cocoa
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 in a saucepan, melt the butter and cocoa together, stirring to eliminate lumps.
• 2 in a bowl, mix sugar, salt and flour.
• 3 add melted ingredients to flour mixture and stir.
• 4 add eggs and vanilla.
• 5 pour into 8x8 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
• 6 bake at 350^ for 45 minutes or until center is no longer shiny and toothpick inserted comes out without batter appearance.
