Ingredients
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup or 2/3 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
- fresh fruit
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan, combine corn syrup and cream.
- 2 bring to boil over medium heat.
- 3 remove from heat and add chocolate.
- 4 stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- 5 serve warm as a dip for fruit, angel food cake, etc.
