Chocolate Espresso Icing

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 16 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium pot, combine butter, buttermilk, cocoa and espresso powder; bring to a boil. add confectioners sugar and vanilla, mixing until smooth. pour over warm chocolate espresso icing.
