Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
- 12 ounces milk chocolate chips or 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup light cream
- 1 -2 tablespoon cherry orange brandy or 1 -2 tablespoon liqueur
Recipe
- 1 in a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate in cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- 2 remove from heat and stir in the brandy.
- 3 pour into dessert fondue pot and keep warm.
- 4 spear dippers and swirl in fondue.
- 5 dipper ideas:
- 6 angelfood cake chunks.
- 7 graham cracker strips.
- 8 fresh berries.
- 9 mandarin oranges.
- 10 marshmallows.
- 11 bananas.
- 12 pretzel sticks.
- 13 kettle potato chips.
