Chocolate Fondue

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (or 1 tbsp frangelico or amaretto)

Recipe

  • 1 heat the cream in a small pot over very low heat for about a minute (don't let it boil).
  • 2 add the chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
  • 3 add the vanilla, stir, then pour into a fondue pot and serve.
