Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup hersheys miniature chocolate chip
- 6 ounces pie crusts (i use chocolate or graham)
- 1/3 cup hersheys miniature chocolate chip
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or 2 tablespoons whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 blend cream cheese and sugar in bowl.
- 2 and eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- 3 stir in mini-chips.
- 4 pour into crust.
- 5 bake at 450 degrees for`10 minutes without opening door, reduce temp.
- 6 to 250 degrees.
- 7 continue to bake for 20- 25 minutes (until set).
- 8 cool completely.
- 9 cover, chill thouroughly.
- 10 spread top w/ chocolate topping.
- 11 chill several minutes or just until set.
- 12 chocolate topping: place mini chips and cream in microwave safe bowl.
- 13 microwave at high for 20 seconds or just until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
- 14 cool slightly.
- 15 dig in and enjoy.
