Chocolate Gooey Cake With Cooked Icing

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, corn, melted
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons cocoa, hersheys
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 6 tablespoons evaporated milk, pet
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup margarine, corn, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
Recipe
- 1 in bowl combine flour sugar and baking soda.
- 2 in saucepan.
- 3 combine margarine shortening water and cocoa.
- 4 cook, bring to a boil
- 5 in mixing bowl beat eggs vanilla and buttermilk.
- 6 dump into flour and sugar and baking soda the cooked melted mixture
- 7 add egg mixture.
- 8 then add the egg mixture.
- 9 in greased 10x15 inch cake pan.
- 10 bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 11 meanwhile combine cocoa margarine and milk.
- 12 bring to a boil.
- 13 add vanilla and sugar.
- 14 beat.
- 15 cake may be iced hot.
