Chocolate Ganache Glaze With Honey

Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 lb semisweet chocolate, finely chopped (bittersweet or dark chocolate works too)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 bring cream to a boil in a large saucepan.
- 2 add chocolate and remove from heat. allow to sit for 5 minutes, swirling the pan to make sure the cream covers the chocolate.
- 3 add honey and and salt. whisk until the ingredients are blended.
- 4 cool the mixture until it is thick enough to coat a cake, cupcakes, or whatever you like.
