• 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup heavy cream

Recipe

• 1 set a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water.
• 2 melt the chocolate with the cream in the bowl, stirring constantly until smooth.(don't let the mixture boil!).
