Fresh Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 cup pureed or mashed fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, bananas, raspberries, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- food coloring (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in ice cream freezer comtainer, combine all inreadients; mix well.
- 2 freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
- 3 freeze leftovers.
- 4 vanilla ice cream: omit fruit and food coloring.
- 5 increase half-and-half to 4 cups.
- 6 proceed as above.
- 7 mint chocolate chip ice cream: omit fruit and vanilla.
- 8 increase half-and-half to 4 cups.
- 9 add 2 teaspoons peppermint extract and 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips.
- 10 proceed as above.
