Ingredients

- 5 1/2 ounces chocolate
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate with water in a double boiler.
- 2 whisk in eggs one at a time.
- 3 fold in raisins and pecans, spread in jellyroll pan.
- 4 bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 5 spread with heavy cream and roll up lengthwise.
- 6 serve chilled.
