Chocolate Brownie Roulade

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 5 1/2 ounces chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate with water in a double boiler.
  • 2 whisk in eggs one at a time.
  • 3 fold in raisins and pecans, spread in jellyroll pan.
  • 4 bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 5 spread with heavy cream and roll up lengthwise.
  • 6 serve chilled.
