Chocolate Brownie Muffins

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 50 g dark muscovado sugar
  • 110 g chocolate, melted
  • 110 g pecan nuts, chopped
  • 225 g self raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 225 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg, beaten lightly

Recipe

  • 1 stir all the ingredients together until just combined.
  • 2 spoon into paper muffin cases and bake for 15-20 mins 220c/fan 200c/ gas 7. until well risen and firm.
