Chocolate Brownie Muffins

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 50 g dark muscovado sugar
- 110 g chocolate, melted
- 110 g pecan nuts, chopped
- 225 g self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 225 ml milk
- 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg, beaten lightly
Recipe
- 1 stir all the ingredients together until just combined.
- 2 spoon into paper muffin cases and bake for 15-20 mins 220c/fan 200c/ gas 7. until well risen and firm.
