Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
• 3 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup hot water
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons corn syrup
• 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 melt butter and stir in cocoa.
• 2 add remaining ingredients.
• 3 bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. stir as necessary to keep mixture from boiling over.
• 4 take from heat and let cool until it reaches the desired temperature.
• 5 serve hot or warm over ice cream.
