Ingredients
- 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 (10 ounce) jars maraschino cherries, without stems drained and halved
- 1 (10 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows, halved
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
- 2 (9 inch) chocolate cookie pie crust (the store bought cookie crumb kind)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, beat pineapple and cream cheese at high speed until combined.
- 2 at low speed beat in cherries and marshmallows .
- 3 slowly beat in whipped topping.
- 4 divide the mixture between the two crusts; cover and freeze 24 hours.
