Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup baking cocoa
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 dash salt
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup olive oil mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 grease 9 inch square baking pan.
• 2 heat oven to 350.
• 3 combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
• 4 add the water, mayo, and vanilla; mix until well blended and almost smooth.
• 5 pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes- or until toothpick comes out clean.
• 6 note: if you use a glass pan, you may have to bake it for up to an hour! i recommend a metal pan.
