Chocolate Marshmallow Icing

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
  • 3 cook for five minutes and then add remaining ingredients.
  • 4 beat until spreading consistency.
