Chocolate Honey Fondue/chocolate Honey Sauce

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces german sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Recipe

  • 1 melt all ingredients together in the top of a double boiler over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • 2 can be stored in fridge, tightly covered, for up to 1 month.
