Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped fine
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix together the pecans, melted butter, and sugar.
- 2 press into 9" tart pan with removable bottom.
- 3 bake at 325* for 12 minutes until light brown, cool.
- 4 heat cream to boil.
- 5 add chocolate and yolk and mix until smooth.
- 6 pour into cool shell and refrigerate until set.
- 7 enjoy!
