Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

• Servings: 36
• 1 2/3 cups sugar
• 2 tablespoons light margarine
• 2/3 cup 2% evaporated milk
• 14 large marshmallows
• 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 in heavy duty sauce pan- melt margarine and sugarand evaporated milk.
• 2 bring to boil- stirring constantly.
• 3 boil on low for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
• 4 remove from heat and add marshmallows and chocolate chips.
• 5 stir until melted.
• 6 pour into 8x8 greased pan.
• 7 let cool.
