Chocolatier Dark Chocolate Orange Fondue

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, baking bar finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon orange liqueur (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest, chopped fine

Recipe

  • 1 heat cream in small, heavy-duty saucepan over medium-high heat, & bring just to a boil.
  • 2 remove from heat, & add chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  • 3 add liqueur & zest, mixing well.
  • 4 transfer fondue to fondue pot, & place over low heat.
  • 5 stir often while on heat, while serving.
