Chocolate Won Tons With Raspberry Sauce

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 water, plus a bowl for sealing won tons
- oil, for frying
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 fill each won ton wrapper with a few chocolate chips. fold and seal like a won ton, sealing with wet fingers.
- 2 make the raspberry sauce, by blending the raspberries and sugar with a few teaspoons of water. strain out seeds and place in a squirt bottle.
- 3 fry won tons in 375 degree oil for a few minutes until golden brown. drain excess oil.
- 4 serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and raspberry sauce.
