Chocolate Trees (decoration)

Ingredients
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate (other chocolate can also be used)
- water
Recipe
- 1 using parchment or waxed paper draw an outline of 12 x 3 1/2 inch (9 cm) (christmas) trees. turn paper over
- 2 over top of a double boiler melt the chopped chocolate.
- 3 pour melted chocolate into a pastry or plastic bag (or anything that will help you control the melted chocolate)
- 4 pipe the melted chocolate within the drawn outlines in a lacy or solid pattern.
- 5 refrigerate until firm for approx 30 minute.
- 6 use as garnish or treats.
