French Silk Pie

Ingredients

- 1 baked 9 inch pie shell
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon crisco cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 cream the butter and sugar. add the cocoa, oil and vanilla. blend together. add the eggs one at a time beating 3-5 minutes after each. pour into a baked 9" pie crust. top with cool whip or real whipping that has been whipped. sprinkle the top with shaved chocolate if desired.
- 2 refridgerate overnight to set.
