Fat-free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa, sifted
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
Recipe
- 1 measure first 6 ingredients into medium bowl.
- 2 stir.
- 3 make a well.
- 4 place egg whites, water, corn syrup in seperate medium bowl.
- 5 whisk to mix.
- 6 pour into well.
- 7 stir until smooth.
- 8 turn into greased 9x9 inch pan.
- 9 bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
