Easy To Make Toffee & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 cup shortening
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 cups skor toffee pieces

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and shortening, gradually add sugars, beating well at medium speed with an electric mixer.
• 2 add eggs and vanilla, beating well, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; slowly add to creamed mixture and mix well.
• 3 stir in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
• 4 drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
• 5 bake at 375°f for 10 - 12 min cool on cookie sheet.
