  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons crushed unsweetened pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free cool whip
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon pecans, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
