Chocolate Icing For Fudge Ribbon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine milk and butter in saucepan; bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  • 2 blend in chocolate.
  • 3 stir in vanilla and sugar.
  • 4 beat until spreading consistency.
  • 5 if necessary, thin with a few drops of milk.
